{"id":9747,"date":"2018-11-30T10:47:57","date_gmt":"2018-11-30T13:47:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/?p=9747"},"modified":"2018-11-30T10:47:57","modified_gmt":"2018-11-30T13:47:57","slug":"recolectores-mapuche-se-asocian-para-producir-una-barra-energetica-saludable-en-curarrehue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/recolectores-mapuche-se-asocian-para-producir-una-barra-energetica-saludable-en-curarrehue\/","title":{"rendered":"Recolectores mapuche se asocian para producir una barra energ\u00e9tica saludable en Curarrehue"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><em>Integrantes han participado en capacitaciones sobre las buenas pr\u00e1cticas en la recolecci\u00f3n de productos del bosque no maderables, as\u00ed como en producci\u00f3n sustentable (Mundo Agropecuario).<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Con la presentaci\u00f3n de una barrita sustentable en base a productos nativos como brotes de coligue, changle y nalca, se realiz\u00f3 el cierre del proyecto \u201cEncadenamiento productivo y asociativo saludable y sustentable Mawiza New\u00e9n\u201d, con el apoyo de la Fundaci\u00f3n para la Innovaci\u00f3n Agraria, FIA .<\/p>\n<p>La ceremonia cont\u00f3 con el relato de algunos de los integrantes de la agrupaci\u00f3n Lof Kumikir de Curarrehue acerca del desarrollo del proyecto y una degustaci\u00f3n de preparaciones elaboradas en base a frutos nativos.<\/p>\n<p>La idea que surgi\u00f3 en el 2009 con un viaje de Edith Kumikir -matriarca de la organizaci\u00f3n- a Guatemala, donde junto a otras personas de Curarrehue pudo conocer la cultura Nahuatl. A partir de ello surgi\u00f3 la idea de elaborar una barra energ\u00e9tica a partir de frutos silvestres de la zona cordillerana como el pi\u00f1\u00f3n y la avellana.<\/p>\n<p>Para desarrollar el proyecto, se plante\u00f3 implementar un modelo piloto de encadenamiento productivo sustentado en impulsar la asociatividad, crear trabajo en la zona, fomentar el cuidado y conservaci\u00f3n de la naturaleza y generar innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El encargado regional de FIA en La Araucan\u00eda, Jos\u00e9 R\u00fcth, resalta el valor de la asociatividad que ha primado en el proyecto. \u201cAqu\u00ed se busc\u00f3 organizar y asociar a un grupo de hombres y mujeres recolectores de frutos nativos silvestres, de origen mapuche, integrantes de la Agrupaci\u00f3n \u201cLof Kumikir\u201d, junto con procesadores, comercializadores y quienes producen la barrita. Ello signific\u00f3 un motor de aprendizaje y cooperaci\u00f3n, para ofrecer un producto diferente e innovador con pertinencia local y acorde a las nuevas tendencias de alimentaci\u00f3n saludable. Esperamos este trabajo se traduzca en nuevas oportunidades para la econom\u00eda de las comunidades rurales\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, Edith Kumikir, plantea que la idea es participar en ferias y vender por pedidos. \u201cSabemos que ya hay p\u00fablico interesado, por lo tanto, vamos a estar produciendo para tener esa posibilidad\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.
