(La Tercera).<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Los chilenos est\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s asiduos a la carne de vacuno. Ad portas de la celebraci\u00f3n del 18 de septiembre, que tendr\u00e1 un extenso fin de semana de cinco d\u00edas, Faenacar estim\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o el consumo per c\u00e1pita llegar\u00e1 a unos in\u00e9ditos 29 kilos, lo que representa todo un r\u00e9cord.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3lo para el mes de septiembre en curso, el gremio estim\u00f3 que el consumo ser\u00e1 un 51% superior a un mes normal.<\/p>\n<p>Pese al alza, Chile est\u00e1 por debajo de Argentina y Uruguay. De acuerdo a cifras del 2017, nuestros vecinos consumieron 58 kilos de carne por persona, exactamente el doble que los chilenos.<\/p>\n<p>Los \u201corientales\u201d son a\u00fan m\u00e1s carn\u00edvoros y, seg\u00fan Instituto Nacional de Carnes, el consumo de esta prote\u00edna animal lleg\u00f3 a los 60 kilos por persona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa con las otras carnes en Chile?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El consumo de carne de cerdo creci\u00f3 un 2% en 2017, y llega a los 18 kilos por persona al a\u00f1o. Est\u00e1 en el tercer lugar de las preferencias de los hogares del pa\u00eds, seg\u00fan datos de Asprocer.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, el l\u00edder indiscutido en las mesas es el pollo con 35,1 kilos por persona.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En nuestro pa\u00eds el consumo per c\u00e1pita llegar\u00e1 a 29 kilos este a\u00f1o.
