De acuerdo con el ranking elaborado por Fedeleche en base a datos de Odepa, el volumen captado de leche a nivel nacional creci\u00f3 un 3,3% en enero de 2026, alcanzando 221,5 millones de litros, lo que implic\u00f3 un aumento de 7,1 millones de litros respecto del mismo mes de 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Las cinco principales industrias del sector \u2014que en conjunto concentran el 93,2% de la recepci\u00f3n total\u2014 registraron incrementos en su recepci\u00f3n lechera, reflejando un escenario de crecimiento productivo y mayor capacidad de elaboraci\u00f3n de l\u00e1cteos. No obstante, el cierre de Chilolac evidencia la necesidad de fortalecer la sostenibilidad y estabilidad de las empresas de menor escala, con el fin de consolidar un ecosistema industrial m\u00e1s s\u00f3lido.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Colun lidera<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los resultados por industria, tanto en volumen, como en participaci\u00f3n de mercado, Colun encabez\u00f3 el ranking nacional. En enero, la recepci\u00f3n de leche de la cooperativa l\u00e1ctea se increment\u00f3 un 7,8%, totalizando 73,3 millones de litros, equivalente a un aumento interanual de 5,3 millones, el mayor volumen del mes. Con este desempe\u00f1o, su participaci\u00f3n de mercado se elev\u00f3 de 27,6% a 33,1%, consolidando su liderazgo registrado en 2025.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/leche-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-27208 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/leche-667x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"540\" height=\"347\" \/><\/a>En segundo lugar, se ubic\u00f3 la industria Soprole-Prolesur, cuya recepci\u00f3n de leche aument\u00f3 un 3,3% comparado con el a\u00f1o anterior, sumando 62,6 millones de litros, lo cual se traduce en 2,0 millones adicionales y una participaci\u00f3n de mercado que pas\u00f3 de 24,6% en 2025 a 28,3% en 2026.<\/p>\n<p>El tercer puesto es para Nestl\u00e9 Chile, con una recepci\u00f3n de leche que mostr\u00f3 un crecimiento de 9,4% interanual, alcanzando 28,5 millones de litros, con un incremento de 2,4 millones. Mientras se elev\u00f3 su participaci\u00f3n de mercado de 10,6% en 2025 a 12,9% en 2026.<\/p>\n<p>En la cuarta posici\u00f3n se ubic\u00f3 Watt\u2019s, con 23,1 millones de litros de leche recepcionados, lo que equivale a un descenso de 4,1% frente al a\u00f1o previo, con un total de 23,1 millones de litros, aunque con un aumento en participaci\u00f3n de mercado, pasando del 9,8% en 2025 al 10,5% en 2026.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo Quillayes-Surlat se qued\u00f3 en la quinta ubicaci\u00f3n con una recepci\u00f3n industrial que ascendi\u00f3 a 18,5 millones de litros, lo que represent\u00f3 una ca\u00edda de 2,7% comparado con el a\u00f1o anterior y a su vez un descenso interanual de 505 millones de litros. En tanto su participaci\u00f3n subi\u00f3 de 7,7% en 2025 a 8,4% en 2026.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s atr\u00e1s, Grupo Lactalis mantuvo el sexto lugar con un incremento de 3,8% respecto del a\u00f1o pasado, sumando una recepci\u00f3n total de leche de 6,8 millones de litros, lo que se traduce en 250 litros adicionales y subir de 2,7 en 2025 a 3,1% en 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras Valle Verde registr\u00f3 un aumento del 0,1% en el a\u00f1o, con 6,6 millones de litros captados, lo que representa un crecimiento de 3.400 litros, sosteniendo su participaci\u00f3n en el mercado del 3,0%.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, Comercial del Campo mostr\u00f3 una ca\u00edda del 8,7% frente al mismo mes del a\u00f1o previo, sumando un total de 1,9 millones de litros.\u00a0 Esto supone 185 mil litros menos respecto de 2025 y una participaci\u00f3n dentro del total de 0,9%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comentario Gremial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La industria l\u00e1ctea nacional confirma un desempe\u00f1o al alza iniciando 2026 reflejando la capacidad de crecimiento del sector.
