{"id":27296,"date":"2025-10-20T15:52:17","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T18:52:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/?p=27296"},"modified":"2025-11-18T20:10:57","modified_gmt":"2025-11-18T23:10:57","slug":"chile-registrara-record-historico-de-consumo-de-huevos-con-251-unidades-per-capita","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/chile-registrara-record-historico-de-consumo-de-huevos-con-251-unidades-per-capita\/","title":{"rendered":"Chile registrar\u00e1 r\u00e9cord hist\u00f3rico de consumo de huevos\u00a0con 251 unidades per c\u00e1pita"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tras a\u00f1os complejos marcados por la crisis de alimentos para las aves y por el brote de influenza aviar que afectaron al sector en 2022, la producci\u00f3n y consumo de huevos marcar\u00e1n este a\u00f1o una recuperaci\u00f3n r\u00e9cord.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con proyecciones entregadas por Chilehuevos, el consumo alcanzar\u00e1 en 2025 las 251 unidades per c\u00e1pita, la cifra m\u00e1s alta desde que se tiene registro.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste incremento hist\u00f3rico responde a la alta valoraci\u00f3n que tienen las personas respecto del huevo, alimento que se asocia fuertemente a atributos tales como sano, sabroso y nutritivo, adem\u00e1s de ser vers\u00e1til ya que puede usarse en diversas preparaciones\u201d, destac\u00f3 el gerente general del gremio, Patricio Kurte.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Huevos1-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-27298 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Huevos1-711x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"564\" height=\"365\" \/><\/a>Pese a este incremento, a\u00fan queda espacio para seguir creciendo ya que a nivel latinoamericano estamos lejos de los principales consumidores como M\u00e9xico (394), Argentina (380) y Colombia (360).<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n la producci\u00f3n mostrar\u00e1 este a\u00f1o n\u00fameros azules, marcando otro r\u00e9cord de 4.870 millones de unidades, con un aumento cercano al 7,3% sobre el 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Esta recuperaci\u00f3n en la producci\u00f3n, y consecuentemente en la ingesta -a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el gerente de Chilehuevos- es de gran relevancia para el pa\u00eds, ya que se trata de una fuente de prote\u00ednas de alta calidad y m\u00e1s accesibles para el bolsillo de los consumidores, lo que hace al huevo un producto clave en la seguridad alimentaria del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl sector ha logrado revertir la p\u00e9rdida de 4% de la capacidad instalada que se produjo hace casi tres a\u00f1os por el brote de influenza aviar y hoy estamos a plena capacidad\u201d, destac\u00f3 Kurte.<\/p>\n<p>Las principales regiones productoras -de acuerdo con cifras del INE- son la Metropolitana con 42% del total nacional de huevos; Valpara\u00edso (16%), \u00d1uble (9%), Maule (8%) y Biob\u00edo (8%).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Para este a\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s, se prev\u00e9 que la producci\u00f3n de este alimento cierre con un aumento de 7% con respecto al 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":27297,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1947],"tags":[2090,3127,9991,2458,7514,1992,2035,7513,2036],"class_list":["post-27296","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-avicola","tag-agricultura","tag-agro","tag-alimentos-para-las-aves","tag-chilehuevos","tag-consumo-de-huevos","tag-indap","tag-minagri","tag-patricio-kurte","tag-sag"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.6 -
