El proceso fue acompa\u00f1ado por el equipo de Comercio Internacional de Araya &amp; C\u00eda, y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n activa de Morand\u00e9 Wine Group, principal actor empresarial involucrado.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Trabajador-vina-morande-firmando-acuerdo-fair-trade-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-26615 \" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Trabajador-vina-morande-firmando-acuerdo-fair-trade-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"541\" height=\"386\" \/><\/a>El estatuto establece principios en l\u00ednea con los est\u00e1ndares de Fairtrade International, organizaci\u00f3n que promueve mejores condiciones para trabajadores y peque\u00f1os productores. Entre los compromisos adoptados se incluyen normas de transparencia, rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y sostenibilidad ambiental. La estructura legal busca asegurar la implementaci\u00f3n de precios m\u00ednimos estables y acceso a beneficios sociales. Solo en 2022, el sistema Fairtrade gener\u00f3 aproximadamente US$238 millones en fondos comunitarios para comunidades agr\u00edcolas de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Araya &amp; C\u00eda aporta solidez jur\u00eddica al proceso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El proceso de redacci\u00f3n del estatuto fue liderado por el equipo de Araya &amp; C\u00eda, con la participaci\u00f3n de Sebasti\u00e1n Norris, socio y jefe del \u00e1rea de Comercio Internacional, y Constanza Olalquiaga, subjefa del \u00e1rea. La asesor\u00eda legal permiti\u00f3 estructurar una asociaci\u00f3n conforme a los marcos regulatorios vigentes y a est\u00e1ndares globales.<\/p>\n<p>Vi\u00f1a Morand\u00e9 S.A., como empresa matriz de la vi\u00f1a que re\u00fane marcas como Morand\u00e9, Mancura, Vistamar y 7 Colores, jug\u00f3 un rol relevante en la implementaci\u00f3n del estatuto. El gerente de Personas, Excelencia Operacional y Sustentabilidad, Pablo Vega, fue uno de los responsables de coordinar el proceso junto a los equipos de trabajadores. El nuevo marco normativo fortalece la proyecci\u00f3n internacional de Vi\u00f1a Morand\u00e9, alineando su producci\u00f3n con mercados \u00e9ticamente exigentes como Reino Unido, Alemania y Suecia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del cumplimiento: una apuesta estrat\u00e9gica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del cumplimiento normativo, la formalizaci\u00f3n representa una decisi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica en un contexto donde el comercio \u00e9tico gana terreno. El 75% de los consumidores globales prefiere marcas con sello Fairtrade, y el 86% conf\u00eda en su autenticidad, seg\u00fan cifras de la organizaci\u00f3n.
