Este acuerdo, tiene como objetivo fortalecer las redes de apoyo y desarrollo en el sector agropecuario de las regiones de Los R\u00edos y Los Lagos.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, la Fundaci\u00f3n Antonio Hitschfeld, es reconocida por su trabajo en la promoci\u00f3n de prestadores de servicios vinculados al \u00e1mbito agropecuario, se destaca por ofrecer programas de capacitaci\u00f3n, mentor\u00edas y fondos concursables. Por su parte, Aproleche Osorno, un actor clave en la representaci\u00f3n de los productores lecheros de la regi\u00f3n, ha sido un referente en la defensa del sector y en la creaci\u00f3n de instancias para el desarrollo productivo.<\/p>\n<h3>Acuerdos<\/h3>\n<p>En el marco de esta colaboraci\u00f3n, ambas instituciones se comprometieron a trabajar de manera activa y gratuita. Entre las principales acciones acordadas, est\u00e1 difusi\u00f3n de iniciativas, el apoyo en la identificaci\u00f3n de posibles mentores y postulantes para los programas de la Fundaci\u00f3n, con un especial enfoque en la convocatoria al fondo AgroEscala.<\/p>\n<p>Este convenio busca sumar esfuerzos para promover el crecimiento sustentable del sector agropecuario y abrir nuevas oportunidades para sus integrantes. Adem\u00e1s, ambas partes aseguraron que las actividades conjuntas respetar\u00e1n estrictos principios \u00e9ticos, sin fines pol\u00edticos ni particulares. Cada instituci\u00f3n designar\u00e1 un coordinador responsable de gestionar las acciones comprometidas y garantizar el adecuado desarrollo del acuerdo.<\/p>\n<p>Este nuevo compromiso entre Aproleche Osorno y la Fundaci\u00f3n Antonio Hitschfeld marca un hito en la colaboraci\u00f3n entre instituciones clave del sur de Chile, reafirmando el papel del sector agropecuario como motor de desarrollo regional.<\/p>\n<h3>Impresiones<\/h3>\n<p>Marcos Winkler, presidente de Aproleche Osorno, destac\u00f3 la importancia de la colaboraci\u00f3n entre ambas instituciones. &#8220;Creemos que trabajar en equipo es clave para avanzar y alcanzar los objetivos. La Fundaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 haciendo un trabajo extraordinario apoyando a emprendedores en la regi\u00f3n, y para nosotros como Aproleche Osorno, esta colaboraci\u00f3n es fundamental. Es una manera de generar impacto y avanzar juntos por el desarrollo de la regi\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Francisca Salinas, presidenta ejecutiva de la Fundaci\u00f3n Antonio Hitschfeld, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el convenio firmado con Aproleche busca fortalecer el agro en las regiones de Los Lagos y Los R\u00edos. \u201cQueremos acercarnos a los productores y a quienes los rodean en su quehacer diario, como los prestadores de servicios, invit\u00e1ndolos a unirse al programa Agro Escala. Este ofrece formaci\u00f3n, apoyo, mentor\u00edas y acompa\u00f1amiento, con convocatorias abiertas hasta el 12 de diciembre. Es una gran oportunidad para integrar una comunidad emprendedora que impulsa el desarrollo de los negocios agr\u00edcolas en la regi\u00f3n\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, Sylvia Richards, directora de Aproleche Osorno, destac\u00f3 la relevancia del convenio firmado. &#8220;Como productora, considero que es fundamental contar con empresas cada vez m\u00e1s capacitadas y de mejor nivel. Esto es clave para avanzar hacia una agricultura m\u00e1s profesionalizada&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, Cecilia Neumann, presidenta del Directorio de la Fundaci\u00f3n Antonio Hitschfeld, mencion\u00f3 que &#8220;este convenio representa un gran paso para nosotros. Como Fundaci\u00f3n, llevamos tres a\u00f1os trabajando para potenciar y apoyar a los emprendedores del sector.
