{"id":24726,"date":"2023-10-05T14:16:17","date_gmt":"2023-10-05T17:16:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/?p=24726"},"modified":"2023-10-16T12:02:22","modified_gmt":"2023-10-16T15:02:22","slug":"soprole-food-professionals-destaco-en-espacio-food-service-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/soprole-food-professionals-destaco-en-espacio-food-service-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Soprole Food Professionals destac\u00f3 en Espacio Food &#038; Service 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La semana pasada se realiz\u00f3 en Chile uno de los eventos m\u00e1s importantes de la industria food service y, como no pod\u00eda ser de otra manera, Soprole Food Professionals, l\u00edder en ese mercado, estuvo presente.\u00a0 La empresa acompa\u00f1\u00f3 a los emprendedores y especialistas de la gastronom\u00eda con una agenda de cursos y talleres pr\u00e1cticos en los que la pasi\u00f3n y el talento culinario se pusieron a punto para seguir motivando sonrisas en cada bocado.<\/p>\n<p>Quienes se acercaron al Centro de Experiencias, una cocina experimental instalada por la marca, pudieron aprender nuevas t\u00e9cnicas de panader\u00eda, pasteler\u00eda y elaboraci\u00f3n de pizzas, interactuando directamente con los productos y los chefs, algo totalmente innovador en esta feria.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Soprole-scaled.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-24727 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Soprole-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"345\" \/><\/a>Adem\u00e1s, los asistentes pudieron tomar clases de foodstyling para capturar fotograf\u00edas que hagan lucir sus platos como se merecen, un apoyo fundamental para los emprendimientos gastron\u00f3micos que en su gran mayor\u00eda general venta a trav\u00e9s de redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p>Para Soprole Food Professionals este evento, que ya se proyecta como el m\u00e1s destacado de Sudam\u00e9rica en el rubro en 2024, es una cita de enorme relevancia. Representa la oportunidad de estar junto a los distintos actores del negocio culinario, intercambiando t\u00e9cnicas, tendencias y novedades.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos presentes desde hace 10 a\u00f1os. Lo importante para nosotros es generar un acercamiento con el cliente y mostrar nuestros productos, pero a trav\u00e9s de la experiencia. Eso significa aplicarlos en medialunas y en recetas que no son tan simples para que los participantes puedan ver nuestra oferta y eso permita fidelizaci\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1ala Hugo Magna, chef ejecutivo de Soprole Food Professionals. Explica adem\u00e1s la innovaci\u00f3n que tuvo lugar en esta oportunidad: \u201cAntiguamente hac\u00edamos demostraciones, pero este a\u00f1o tuvimos una forma diferente de propuesta con un centro de experiencias que permiti\u00f3 un mayor v\u00ednculo con el cliente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Como encuentro B2B, esta feria, que se realiz\u00f3 del 26 al 28 de septiembre, permiti\u00f3 generar nuevas oportunidades de negocios y estrechar lazos entre eventuales socios comerciales. El Centro de Experiencias de Soprole Food Professionals fue un lugar dise\u00f1ado especialmente para agregar valor a la industria gastron\u00f3mica, partiendo por la generaci\u00f3n de conocimiento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vivencias y sabores memorables<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quedaron valiosas postales de estos d\u00edas de aprendizaje e intercambio. A trav\u00e9s de la marca, los asistentes tuvieron la oportunidad de participar de una clase de cocina al m\u00e1s puro estilo \u201cLe Cordon Bleu\u201d, academia francesa gastron\u00f3mica-hotelera que pertenece a la elite de la cocina mundial.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los puntos salientes del encuentro estuvo vinculado con la pizza. La empresa particip\u00f3 de la tarea de conseguir al mejor de los Maestri Pizzaioli de Chile 2023 y, aunque no fue una labor f\u00e1cil, porque el talento de los participantes super\u00f3 las expectativas, hubo un ganador: Felipe Tapia, pizzaiolo de Casa Albba y Albba Trattoria, de la comuna de Paine y Buin. Durante el certamen, los 10 finalistas tuvieron a su disposici\u00f3n 15 minutos y el Queso Mozzarella Soprole Food Professionals para deslumbrar con dos pizzas, una cl\u00e1sica y una de autor.\u00a0 Magna fue uno de los moderadores de la competencia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSiempre tenemos una forma diferente de mostrar lo que hacemos.
