Adem\u00e1s, la astilla debe tener un tama\u00f1o, grosor y textura determinado para pasar por el procesador en planta que es el digestor y que desintegra la astilla para extraer la fibra que se utiliza en la producci\u00f3n industrial\u201d, agrega el experto de Salfa, quien a\u00f1ade que las astilladoras deben mantener la calidad de su funci\u00f3n durante al menos 5 a\u00f1os, est\u00e1ndar con el que la chipeadora Peterson 5000H s\u00ed cumple.<\/p>\n<p>La astilladora de \u00e1rboles enteros Peterson 5000H hace precisamente eso: engulle \u00e1rboles completos y los minimiza en millones de perfectas astillas, con la fluidez \u00fanica de un equipo de alta tecnolog\u00eda y precisi\u00f3n. Gracias a su boca de alimentaci\u00f3n, el equipo puede admitir \u00e1rboles de hasta 23 pulgadas de di\u00e1metro o m\u00faltiples tallos de menor tama\u00f1o que sumen hasta 23 pulgadas de di\u00e1metro en su conjunto. El nivel de precisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se puede ajustar seg\u00fan el tipo de astilla que se requiera, produciendo un volumen de hasta 100 toneladas.<\/p>\n<p>La potencia de 1.125HP de la astilladora es gracias a su motor Caterpillar C32, con una capacidad de levante de 5.376 kg a 457 cm y un peso operativo de 46.947 kg.
