Si bien es cierto y a nivel regional estamos en una condici\u00f3n bastante mejor que otras regiones, ya que estamos en la etapa 4 de apertura inicial, esto podr\u00eda indicar que en esta situaci\u00f3n el censo es aplicable, pero se debe tomar en cuenta que este es un proceso nacional en paralelo en cada una de las comunas y la apertura inicial no es la realidad de todo Chile\u201d, dijo el seremi de Agricultura, Ricardo Senn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Oficina de Estudios y Pol\u00edticas Agrarias (ODEPA) y el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edsticas (INE) informaron que en el aplazamiento de la fecha fue determinante la necesidad de resguardar la salud y seguridad de quienes se desempe\u00f1ar\u00e1n como recolectores y supervisores censales, as\u00ed como la de toda la comunidad agr\u00edcola y forestal, en coherencia con las disposiciones emanadas por las autoridades nacionales. Por las mismas razones, en marzo pasado ya se hab\u00eda pospuesto una vez el Censo Agropecuario y Forestal para septiembre del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre la situaci\u00f3n regional frente al censo, el director regional del INE, Javier P\u00e9rez, precis\u00f3 que \u201cLa Araucan\u00eda es la Regi\u00f3n que tiene m\u00e1s productores agr\u00edcolas y por ende es donde tendremos el mayor n\u00famero de recolectores y supervisores. Eso y&nbsp; tomando en cuenta que hoy debido a la pandemia no est\u00e1n dadas las condiciones para desarrollar la encuesta, nos parece razonable que se postergue para marzo, ya que evitamos un posible riesgo tanto para los productores como para las personas que trabajar\u00e1n recolectando la informaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, tanto ODEPA como el INE han considerado las recomendaciones de organismos internacionales en materia censal, al igual que otras oficinas estad\u00edsticas de la regi\u00f3n y de Europa, que tambi\u00e9n han visto alterada la ejecuci\u00f3n de sus censos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, ODEPA e INE continuar\u00e1n con el trabajo de adecuaci\u00f3n del proyecto censal, en virtud del desplazamiento de algunas fases de la planificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seremi de Agricultura, Ricardo Senn y el director regional del INE, Javier P\u00e9rez, dijeron que la medida se tom\u00f3 considerando las circunstancias sanitarias actuales del pa\u00eds (Mundo Agropecuario).
