Los productos de pollo son los que m\u00e1s aumentan su consumo, con un alza de 10% enfocada en los trutros y pechugas. La carne de pavo, en tanto, aumenta en un 5%; y el pescado, pese a ser un producto m\u00e1s caro, tambi\u00e9n ve incrementado su consumo al ser un alimento que permite elaborar recetas frescas y de bajas calor\u00edas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/SERRUCHO-2-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14320\" width=\"362\" height=\"542\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/SERRUCHO-2-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/SERRUCHO-2-327x490.jpg 327w, https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/SERRUCHO-2-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/SERRUCHO-2.jpg 267w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 362px) 100vw, 362px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Las carnes blancas, tambi\u00e9n llamadas carnes magras, se diferencian de las dem\u00e1s debido a que son casi en su totalidad fibra muscular, por lo tanto, son m\u00e1s prote\u00edna que grasa y sencillas de digerir. Adem\u00e1s, son muy ricas en amino\u00e1cidos, en especial en la lisina, que es muy esencial en la \u00e9poca de crecimiento, ya que en esta etapa la demanda del organismo de dicha sustancia proteica se duplica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las carnes blancas, gracias a su aporte en vitaminas, minerales y macronutrientes, ayudan a tener una alimentaci\u00f3n balanceada y, con ello, se pueden regular los niveles de colesterol presente en el organismo, proveer al organismo de todas las propiedades regeneradoras musculares y favorecer la salud del h\u00edgado, gracias a la gran presencia de la vitamina B3 o niacina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las alternativas para consumir carnes magras de manera sencilla y pr\u00e1ctica, es a trav\u00e9s de la preparaci\u00f3n de s\u00e1ndwiches, uno de los platos preferidos a consumir en primavera. Lo importante al preparar este tipo de producto es marinar muy bien la carne; la base de todas las t\u00e9cnicas es incorporar un \u00e1cido, que puede ser lim\u00f3n, vinagre, vino blanco, espumante, cerveza u otro. Yo recomiendo adem\u00e1s agregar s\u00e9samo, finas hierbas como or\u00e9gano, estrag\u00f3n, albahaca, romero o tomillo, y especias como aj\u00ed de color, p\u00e1prika, comino molido y merqu\u00e9n. El aceite no es necesario incorporarlo; las carnes marinadas impermeabilizan la carne, de modo que los aromas y sabores no penetran bien.
