{"id":14047,"date":"2019-09-25T10:15:50","date_gmt":"2019-09-25T13:15:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/?p=14047"},"modified":"2019-09-27T00:12:06","modified_gmt":"2019-09-27T03:12:06","slug":"gremio-lechero-celebra-la-resolucion-del-tdlc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/gremio-lechero-celebra-la-resolucion-del-tdlc\/","title":{"rendered":"Gremio lechero celebra la resoluci\u00f3n del TDLC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-0 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>El gremio fue la \u00fanica organizaci\u00f3n que aport\u00f3 antecedentes en el proceso de consulta interpuesta por Watt\u2019s ante este Tribunal (el sur.cl) <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su absoluta conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia (Tdlc) de no modificar la obligaci\u00f3n de publicar las pautas de precio, norma adoptada en la Sentencia N\u00b07\/2004 y que recae en aquellos procesadores con poder de mercado como Watt\u2019s, Soprole y Nestl\u00e9, manifest\u00f3 la Federaci\u00f3n Nacional de Productores de Leche (Fedeleche).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gremio fue la \u00fanica organizaci\u00f3n que aport\u00f3 antecedentes en el proceso de consulta interpuesta por Watt\u2019s ante este Tribunal para que se pronunciar\u00e1 acerca de las condiciones que deben ser cumplidas en la compra de leche cruda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Leche.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13529\" width=\"414\" height=\"267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Leche.jpg 620w, https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Leche-586x378.jpg 586w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 414px) 100vw, 414px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, el gremio dijo que espera que \u00abla autoridad siga velando por el cumplimiento de la disposici\u00f3n a efectos que las pol\u00edticas de precios establecidas por el oligopsonio en que participan estas empresas, sean objetivas, transparentes y no discriminatorias, y no afecten de manera anticompetitiva la compra de leche cruda en el mercado nacional, adem\u00e1s de impedir discriminaci\u00f3n de precios, toda vez que las condiciones estructurales de este mercado, son similares a las que reg\u00edan a la \u00e9poca de dictaci\u00f3n de la norma, concentrado por los procesadores y atomizado para los productores, situaci\u00f3n que ha sido corroborada igualmente en el fallo del Tdlc, y por ende, se justifica transparentar y uniformar esta relaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, comparte lo resuelto por el Tdlc en cuanto a que las empresas que tienen la obligaci\u00f3n de publicar sus pautas de precios, excluyan de \u00e9stas y de sus contratos, toda cl\u00e1usula que obstaculice la movilidad de sus proveedores de leche, y que, se incluya en \u00e9stos la posibilidad de que los productores puedan poner t\u00e9rmino unilateral a los mismos, comunic\u00e1ndolo con una antelaci\u00f3n razonable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El gremio fue la \u00fanica organizaci\u00f3n que aport\u00f3 antecedentes en el proceso de consulta interpuesta por Watt\u2019s ante este Tribunal (el sur.cl) Su absoluta conformidad con lo dispuesto por el&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":9650,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1946],"tags":[2057,2058,2141,2051],"class_list":["post-14047","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-lacteos","tag-aproleche","tag-fedeleche","tag-lacteos","tag-leche"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
