Dentro de la ceremonia, Mar\u00eda Octavia Guerra, Channel and Marketing Manager de Soprole Food Professionals entreg\u00f3 el premio a la novena categor\u00eda al \u201cProfesional en ramas afines a la cocina\u201d que recibi\u00f3&nbsp;&nbsp;el Chef Gustavo S\u00e1ez. Este reconocimiento permite destacar aquellos oficios afines que complementan a la cocina como es la panader\u00eda, pasteler\u00eda, servicio de comedores, barman, entre otros y que se hayan destacado en el \u00e1mbito nacional e internacional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ganadores del certamen de este a\u00f1o fueron Eugenio Melo, galardonado como \u201cCocinero de Chile\u201d, principal categor\u00eda de los Premios, tambi\u00e9n fueron ganadores Ricardo Pacheco \u201cTrayectoria\u201d; Cooperativa AgroCanela \u201cInnovaci\u00f3n\u201d ; Pascual Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez \u201cAporte al desarrollo enogastron\u00f3mico\u201d; Agrupaci\u00f3n Chefs del Mar \u201cPromoci\u00f3n de la gastronom\u00eda chilena\u201d; Leonel Lucero \u201cCocina chilena desde la valorizaci\u00f3n de nuestros productos\u201d; Patricio Cisternas \u201cGastronom\u00eda desde las artes visuales\u201d y Tres Peces \u201cAporte regional a la cocina chilena\u201d; Joel Solorza, Chef&nbsp;&nbsp;y Director de la&nbsp;&nbsp;Escuela de Gastronom\u00eda de la Universidad de Las Am\u00e9ricas&nbsp;&nbsp;como \u201cFormador gastron\u00f3mico\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los Premios Fuego son organizados cada a\u00f1o por la Federaci\u00f3n Gastron\u00f3mica de Chile (Fegach).
