{"id":13779,"date":"2019-09-09T02:00:45","date_gmt":"2019-09-09T05:00:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/?p=13779"},"modified":"2019-09-08T20:19:22","modified_gmt":"2019-09-08T23:19:22","slug":"conaf-y-el-ejercito-forman-alianza-para-plantar-arboles-y-mitigar-el-cambio-climatico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/conaf-y-el-ejercito-forman-alianza-para-plantar-arboles-y-mitigar-el-cambio-climatico\/","title":{"rendered":"Conaf y el Ej\u00e9rcito forman alianza para plantar \u00e1rboles y mitigar el cambio clim\u00e1tico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-0 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>Ambas instituciones se unieron en un programa de forestaci\u00f3n para la arborizaci\u00f3n de unidades militares y para la conservaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas silvestres protegidas del Estado (Mundo Agropecuario).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Corporaci\u00f3n Nacional Forestal y el\nEj\u00e9rcito de Chile lanzaron, en el Campo Militar Peldehue, un programa de\nforestaci\u00f3n que permitir\u00e1 contar con diversas especies arb\u00f3reas y arbustivas en\ninstalaciones y unidades militares a lo largo de todo el pa\u00eds, como tambi\u00e9n en\n\u00e1reas silvestres protegidas del Estado para restauraci\u00f3n y reforestaci\u00f3n, con\nel fin de contribuir al cuidado, conservaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de los recursos\nnaturales renovables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El convenio mejorar\u00e1 las condiciones ambientales\nde localidades y comunas donde se encuentran las instalaciones del Ej\u00e9rcito,\npor cuanto se tiene previsto materializar la plantaci\u00f3n de un total de 100 mil\n\u00e1rboles al a\u00f1o 2022, en el marco de la iniciativa institucional \u201cUn soldado, un\n\u00e1rbol\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta l\u00ednea, el Ministro de\nAgricultura, Antonio Walker destac\u00f3 la labor del ej\u00e9rcito en la reforestaci\u00f3n.\n\u201cLo que queremos es forestar 100 mil \u00e1rboles, en un convenio que dura 3 a\u00f1os.\nTenemos 44 mil soldados y hemos dicho \u201cun soldado, un \u00e1rbol\u201d. Y quiero\nagradecer a estas Fuerzas Armadas polivalentes que nos ayudan a, por ejemplo,\ncombatir los incendios forestales, los desastres naturales, como fueron las\nlluvias altipl\u00e1nicas del norte, y hoy est\u00e1n comprometidos con esta gran meta\nque nos hemos propuesto de tener un pa\u00eds carbono neutral y para eso, tenemos\nque forestar Chile\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el Ministro de Defensa, Alberto\nEspina, \u201cel Gobierno del Presidente Pi\u00f1era est\u00e1 trabajando en diversos \u00e1mbitos\npara adaptarnos al cambio clim\u00e1tico e implementar medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n. Las\nFuerzas Armadas no est\u00e1n ajenas a ese objetivo y son varias las acciones que\nvienen realizando en temas vinculados al medio ambiente. Gracias a su\npolivalencia, durante todo el a\u00f1o contribuyen con medios log\u00edsticos, aportando\nen diversos \u00e1mbitos. Hacia el 2022, la meta del Ej\u00e9rcito es plantar 100 mil\n\u00e1rboles a lo largo del territorio y \u00e9sa es otra muestra del compromiso concreto\ncon el cuidado del medio ambiente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/What-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13781\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/What-1024x682.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/What-586x391.jpeg 586w, https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/What-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/What.jpeg 601w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el Ministro Walker, destac\u00f3 la\nfunci\u00f3n de los \u00e1rboles, se\u00f1alando que \u201cen este escenario de cambio clim\u00e1tico,\nlos \u00e1rboles cumplen un rol fundamental por su capacidad para absorber carbono.\nEl Gobierno, desde el \u00e1mbito forestal, est\u00e1 trabajando intensamente en la\nmitigaci\u00f3n de los gases efecto invernadero para controlar el calentamiento\nglobal. De ah\u00ed la importancia de este convenio destinado a arborizar los\nrecintos militares y de reforestar y restaurar las \u00e1reas silvestres protegidas\ndel Estado para conservar la superficie vegetal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que para la titular del Medio\nAmbiente, Carolina Schmidt, explic\u00f3 que \u201cen esta COPCHILE hemos impulsado la\nparticipaci\u00f3n de todos los sectores de la sociedad para que juntos enfrentemos\nel cambio clim\u00e1tico, y esta forestaci\u00f3n del Ej\u00e9rcito es un ejemplo de acci\u00f3n\nclim\u00e1tica, que reafirma el compromiso en esta cruzada global de cuidar el medio\nambiente de la que todos somos parte y debemos involucrarnos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que la Conferencia de los\nEstados Partes de la Convenci\u00f3n de Cambio Clim\u00e1tico de la ONU (COP25) es un\nevento que representa una oportunidad \u00fanica para Chile para impulsar con fuerza\nla agenda clim\u00e1tica nacional y realizar un aporte significativo al proceso\nmultilateral que busca enfrentar el desaf\u00edo planetario del cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-09-07-at-11.25.26-1024x643.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13782\" width=\"432\" height=\"271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-09-07-at-11.25.26-1024x643.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-09-07-at-11.25.26-586x368.jpeg 586w, https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-09-07-at-11.25.26-768x482.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-09-07-at-11.25.26.jpeg 637w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 432px) 100vw, 432px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, para el Director de Log\u00edstica\ndel Ej\u00e9rcito, general de brigada Daniel Ortiz, afirm\u00f3 que \u201ceste programa de\nforestaci\u00f3n institucional se viene ejecutando desde hace nueve a\u00f1os con CONAF,\nlo que ha permitido el establecimiento de 250.000 \u00e1rboles. La idea principal es\ncombatir el cambio clim\u00e1tico, aportar a la protecci\u00f3n, conservaci\u00f3n y\npreservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente en cuarteles e instalaciones militares. Es\nimportante destacar que los 500 \u00e1rboles que se plantaron en el Campo Militar\nPeldehue ser\u00e1n regados por medio de la reutilizaci\u00f3n de aguas residuales\ntratadas mediante una planta especial de tratamiento, aportando al desarrollo\ndel pa\u00eds en un tema tan importante\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el Director Ejecutivo de\nCONAF, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Rebolledo, enfatiz\u00f3 en que \u201ccomo instituci\u00f3n contamos con un\nPrograma de Arborizaci\u00f3n que tiene como objetivo aumentar las \u00e1reas verdes en\nlas zonas urbanas y periurbanas, para mejorar la calidad de vida de quienes\nviven en ciudades, porque est\u00e1n comprobados todos los beneficios que aportan\nlos \u00e1rboles a la salud de las personas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con ocasi\u00f3n del lanzamiento del programa\nCONAF-Ej\u00e9rcito, se plantar\u00e1 un total de 4.500 \u00e1rboles en unidades militares\ndesde Arica a Punta Arenas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ambas instituciones se unieron en un programa de forestaci\u00f3n para la arborizaci\u00f3n de unidades militares y para la conservaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas silvestres protegidas del Estado (Mundo Agropecuario).
