{"id":13618,"date":"2019-08-30T12:14:05","date_gmt":"2019-08-30T15:14:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/?p=13618"},"modified":"2019-09-03T11:21:36","modified_gmt":"2019-09-03T14:21:36","slug":"quillayes-y-surlat-firman-acuerdo-de-fusion-para-operar-en-conjunto-en-el-mercado-chileno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/quillayes-y-surlat-firman-acuerdo-de-fusion-para-operar-en-conjunto-en-el-mercado-chileno\/","title":{"rendered":"Quillayes y Surlat firman acuerdo de fusi\u00f3n para operar en conjunto en el mercado chileno"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-0 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>Ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas buscan impulsar su potencial innovador, ampliar su oferta de productos de valor agregado y diversificar sus canales de distribuci\u00f3n en todo Chile (Mundo Agropecuario).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las empresas de productos l\u00e1cteos Quillayes y Surlat firmaron ayer un acuerdo para operar en conjunto en el mercado local, mediante la conformaci\u00f3n de una nueva empresa, que integrar\u00e1 los activos f\u00edsicos, equipos, portafolio, marcas y proveedores, adem\u00e1s del know how industrial y comercial de ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta nueva sociedad \u2013que estar\u00e1 compuesta en un 48,5% por Quillayes y un 51,5% por Kaiku, controladora de Surlat-, las empresas pretenden impulsar su potencial innovador, ampliar su complementaria oferta de productos de valor agregado en el mercado y su disponibilidad, a trav\u00e9s de distintos canales de distribuci\u00f3n, a lo largo de todo Chile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La operaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 sujeta a la aprobaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda Nacional Econ\u00f3mica (FNE), organismo ante el cual las empresas presentar\u00e1n en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas su propuesta de fusi\u00f3n, para el an\u00e1lisis respectivo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quillayes participa en las categor\u00edas de quesos, yogurt, mantequilla y crema, pero tiene especial reconocimiento en el mercado de los quesos frescos, maduros y especiales. La compa\u00f1\u00eda posee plantas productivas en Calera de Tango (RM) y en Victoria (regi\u00f3n de la Araucan\u00eda).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/surlat-422.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13620\" width=\"398\" height=\"265\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Surlat, en tanto, participa en las categor\u00edas de leche larga vida (UHT) y otros productos l\u00e1cteos, especializ\u00e1ndose en la l\u00ednea sin lactosa.
