{"id":13086,"date":"2019-08-01T10:47:57","date_gmt":"2019-08-01T13:47:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/?p=13086"},"modified":"2019-08-02T11:05:06","modified_gmt":"2019-08-02T14:05:06","slug":"investigadores-inia-la-platina-destacan-el-trabajo-para-llegar-a-nuevos-mercados-de-exportacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/investigadores-inia-la-platina-destacan-el-trabajo-para-llegar-a-nuevos-mercados-de-exportacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigadores INIA La Platina destacan el trabajo para llegar a nuevos mercados de exportaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-0 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con material audiovisual se da cuenta de la importante labor que est\u00e1n realizando los cient\u00edficos chilenos, para responder a una creciente demanda de alimentos alrededor de todo el mundo (Mundo Agropecuario). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp; 80% de la producci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola nacional se\nexporta a otros pa\u00edses alrededor de todo el mundo, lo que genera un interesante\ndesaf\u00edo para quienes buscamos nuevas tecnolog\u00edas que permitan a las frutas y\nverduras conservar su frescura, que le permitan llegar en perfecta condiciones\na destinos cada vez m\u00e1s lejanos\u201d.&nbsp; As\u00ed lo\nindic\u00f3 el encargado de la Unidad de Postcosecha del Instituto de Investigaciones\nAgropecuarias (INIA), Bruno Defilippi, al presentar un nuevo material\naudiovisual que da cuenta del trabajo que hacen en campo y laboratorio para\nresponder a esta demanda, desde el a\u00f1o 1997.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\nrespecto, el especialista de INIA La Platina explic\u00f3 que la postcosecha es el\nproceso que se encarga de mantener la calidad de la fruta, luego de ser\ncosechada, hasta que llegue al consumidor. Espec\u00edficamente, en la Unidad de\nPostcosecha de INIA, se estudian principalmente ar\u00e1ndanos, paltas, uva de mesa,\ncereza, entre otras especies. \u201cPara lograrlo se analiza la fisiolog\u00eda de la\nplanta y la fruta, se examina su comportamiento a bajas temperaturas y la\nrespuesta ante el uso de tecnolog\u00edas complementarias\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s,\nagreg\u00f3 el coordinador del Laboratorio de Calidad, Edgard \u00c1lvarez, \u201cdesde la\nprecosecha el equipo analiza las condiciones de distintas cualidades\ncultivadas, las zonas de cultivo, las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas y el posible uso\nde tecnolog\u00edas que pueden contribuir a la mejor de cosecha y postcosecha de la\nfruta, para finalmente pasar al transporte, donde verificamos que lleguen en\nlas mejores condiciones\u201d.
