{"id":13029,"date":"2019-07-29T11:55:23","date_gmt":"2019-07-29T14:55:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/?p=13029"},"modified":"2019-07-29T12:22:22","modified_gmt":"2019-07-29T15:22:22","slug":"gerente-del-cet-agroindustrial-fue-invitada-por-el-iica-a-exponer-sobre-el-fsma-y-su-implementacion-en-chile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/gerente-del-cet-agroindustrial-fue-invitada-por-el-iica-a-exponer-sobre-el-fsma-y-su-implementacion-en-chile\/","title":{"rendered":"Gerente del CET Agroindustrial fue invitada por el IICA a exponer sobre el FSMA y su implementaci\u00f3n en Chile"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-0 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su exposici\u00f3n, la gerente del CET indic\u00f3 que durante el a\u00f1o, y tras m\u00e1s de 6 capacitaciones realizadas, m\u00e1s de 110 alumnos ya est\u00e1n certificados como PSA (Mundo Agropecuario).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo conocer las experiencias de los distintos pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe y capacitar a nuevos instructores sobre la implementaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Modernizaci\u00f3n de la Inocuidad de los Alimentos (FSMA, por su siglas en ingl\u00e9s), el Instituto Interamericano de Cooperaci\u00f3n para la Agricultura (IICA) en Costa Rica, invit\u00f3 a Noem\u00ed Z\u00fa\u00f1iga, Gerente del CET Agroindustrial a exponer su trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00fa\u00f1iga estuvo en Costa Rica el 2018 realizando el Taller intensivo para\ninstructores l\u00edderes de la norma de inocuidad de los productos agr\u00edcolas\nfrescos, organizado por la Administraci\u00f3n Estadounidense de Alimentos y\nMedicamentos (FDA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) y el IICA, que reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 60\nprofesionales de 13 pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras esta instancia, Z\u00fa\u00f1iga y su equipo gener\u00f3 diversos cursos en Chile\npara favorecer la implementaci\u00f3n de esta normativa, que tiene un fuerte impacto\nen las exportaciones agroindustriales del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su exposici\u00f3n, la gerente del CET indic\u00f3 que durante el a\u00f1o, y tras m\u00e1s\nde 6 capacitaciones realizadas, m\u00e1s de 110 alumnos ya est\u00e1n certificados como\nPSA, y que est\u00e1n programados tres cursos m\u00e1s para seguir entregando las\nformaci\u00f3n necesaria para que las empresas pongan en pr\u00e1ctica esta normativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noem\u00ed Z\u00fa\u00f1iga es clara en comentar la importancia de estos cursos,\nexplicando que \u201cEstados Unidos es el mayor destino en exportaci\u00f3n de fruta, por\nlo que cumplir la reglamentaci\u00f3n es parte de una estrategia comercial para\nseguir aumentado los env\u00edos y mantenernos en el mercado.
