{"id":12431,"date":"2019-06-19T03:08:56","date_gmt":"2019-06-19T06:08:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/?p=12431"},"modified":"2019-06-25T11:16:12","modified_gmt":"2019-06-25T14:16:12","slug":"invitan-a-procesadores-de-manzana-a-participar-de-estudio-para-fortalecer-el-rubro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/invitan-a-procesadores-de-manzana-a-participar-de-estudio-para-fortalecer-el-rubro\/","title":{"rendered":"Invitan a procesadores de manzana a participar de estudio para fortalecer el rubro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-0 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>Se hace el llamado a productores de sidra, chicha, vinagre, jugos, procesados y deshidratados de manzana a comunicarse con el correo <\/em><a href=\"mailto:pbahamonde@consorcioapicola.cl\"><em>pbahamonde@consorcioapicola.cl<\/em><\/a><em> (Mundo Agropecuario).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El estudio \u201cPlan de Mejoramiento de la Productividad y\nCompetitividad de los Productos Regionales Derivados de la Manzana\u201d, invita a\nlas personas que desarrollan productos derivados de la manzana a participar del\ncatastro que se desarrolla en la Regi\u00f3n de Los R\u00edos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este estudio es financiado por el Fondo de Innovaci\u00f3n para\nla Competitividad (FIC- R) del Gobierno Regional de Los R\u00edos y su Consejo\nRegional, a trav\u00e9s de la Corporaci\u00f3n Regional de Desarrollo Productivo de la\nRegi\u00f3n de Los R\u00edos y es ejecutada por el Consorcio de Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico\nAp\u00edcola S.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese contexto el equipo del estudio ha encuestado a\nprocesadores de manzana de varios sectores de la regi\u00f3n. La idea es identificar\ny caracterizar la mayor cantidad de productores de sidra, vinagres, jugos y otros\nproductos derivados de la manzana presentes en la regi\u00f3n de Los R\u00edos. \u201cPara\nello necesitamos contactar a la mayor cantidad de personas que trabajen en este\nsector, que tengan molinos o que generen productos como los que ya mencion\u00e9\u201d,\nexpres\u00f3 Patricia Bahamonde, Coordinadora del estudio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo datos que se obtengan servir\u00e1n para caracterizar este\nsector productivo y fortalecer los procesos de elaboraci\u00f3n de productos\nderivados de manzana, mediante el establecimiento de protocolos de producci\u00f3n y\nacciones de transferencia a productores regionales, estableciendo acciones para\nfortalecer este sector patrimonial de esta zona del pa\u00eds, agreg\u00f3 la profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El llamado para los productores es a comunicarse al correo\npbahamonde@consorcioapicola.cl, de&nbsp; forma\nque quedar\u00e1n catastrados como productores regionales y podr\u00e1n participar de\nacciones de fortalecimiento del sector a futuro, el plazo es hasta el 30 de\njunio del a\u00f1o en curso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se hace el llamado a productores de sidra, chicha, vinagre, jugos, procesados y deshidratados de manzana a comunicarse con el correo pbahamonde@consorcioapicola.cl (Mundo Agropecuario).
