{"id":11692,"date":"2019-05-02T03:46:13","date_gmt":"2019-05-02T06:46:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/?p=11692"},"modified":"2019-05-02T03:46:13","modified_gmt":"2019-05-02T06:46:13","slug":"hortifrut-aprueba-aumento-de-capital-por-us160-millones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mundoagropecuario.cl\/new\/hortifrut-aprueba-aumento-de-capital-por-us160-millones\/","title":{"rendered":"Hortifrut aprueba aumento de capital por US$160 millones"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><em>Los recursos ser\u00e1n destinados al plan de expansi\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, que est\u00e1 orientado a potenciar su presencia en mercados estrat\u00e9gicos y, de esta forma, consolidar el abastecimiento continuo de berries al mundo (Mundo Agropecuario).<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Los accionistas de Hortifrut S.A. aprobaron un aumento de capital por US$160 millones, que ser\u00e1 destinado a financiar el crecimiento de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en los pa\u00edses que abastecen los mercados de Am\u00e9rica del Norte, Europa y Asia, durante todas las semanas del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Los recursos tambi\u00e9n permitir\u00e1n seguir fortaleciendo las plataformas comerciales y satisfacer la demanda de berries, aprovechando especialmente las oportunidades de mayor valor que se producen en la primavera del hemisferio norte.<\/p>\n<p>Para lograr dichos objetivos, Hortifrut contempla tres alternativas: el crecimiento org\u00e1nico, adquisiciones o la incorporaci\u00f3n de socios estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste crecimiento se proyecta a trav\u00e9s de inversiones en pa\u00edses f\u00edsicamente cercanos a los respectivos mercados de destino, en los que destacan China, Marruecos y el norte de M\u00e9xico, donde la compa\u00f1\u00eda y sus socios ya tienen operaciones\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el presidente de Hortifrut, V\u00edctor Moller.<\/p>\n<p>La capitalizaci\u00f3n acordada va en la l\u00ednea con la estrategia de Hortifrut de estar m\u00e1s cerca de sus consumidores, a trav\u00e9s del crecimiento de producciones de berries que est\u00e9n pr\u00f3ximas a los mercados de consumo, y la consolidaci\u00f3n de un suministro permanente a los clientes en el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Los recursos tambi\u00e9n permitir\u00e1n a Hortifrut aumentar las plantaciones de variedades exclusivas de ar\u00e1ndanos, frambuesas y moras, con \u00e9nfasis en aquellas desarrolladas por la propia compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Una porci\u00f3n menor de la capitalizaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 utilizada para el pago temporal de l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito rotativas usadas para financiar parte de la adquisici\u00f3n del negocio de ar\u00e1ndanos de grupo Roc\u00edo en Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>De esta forma, Hortifrut espera seguir fortaleciendo su posici\u00f3n de l\u00edder mundial en ventas de ar\u00e1ndanos y N\u00ba2 en berries.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los recursos ser\u00e1n destinados al plan de expansi\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, que est\u00e1 orientado a potenciar su presencia en mercados estrat\u00e9gicos y, de esta forma, consolidar el abastecimiento continuo de&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":11693,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1950],"tags":[3610,3609,2202],"class_list":["post-11692","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-empresa","tag-accionistas","tag-aumento-de-capital","tag-hortifrut"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
