Tendr\u00e1 como sede oficial el Aula Magna de la esta casa de estudios ubicada en el Campus Isla Teja de Valdivia.<\/p>\n<p>Este encuentro se realiza cada dos a\u00f1os y seg\u00fan comenta el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Organizadora, Dr. Tom\u00e1s Lobos, acad\u00e9mico del Instituto de Producci\u00f3n y Sanidad Vegetal de la UACh \u201cen esta ocasi\u00f3n se abordar\u00e1 el rubro desde distintas perspectivas, incluyendo los berries nativos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPretendemos que puedan participar investigadores, profesionales, empresarios, productores y quienes tengan que ver con el mundo de los berries, ya sean cultivados o nativos. Las tem\u00e1ticas ser\u00e1n varias, ya que queremos que el Congreso sea un espacio para integraci\u00f3n y que \u00e9stas se den a conocer\u201d, sostuvo el docente.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto se invita a presentar trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n aplicada, enviando los res\u00famenes a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina web del evento www.congresoberries2019.cl. M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre expositores, programa y valores se pueden solicitar al correo electr\u00f3nico congresoberries2019@uach.cl o en la p\u00e1gina web respectiva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conferencistas invitados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entre los conferencistas invitados se encuentra el experto internacional Dr. David Bryla, del Departamento de Agricultura de Estados Unidos (USDA), quien expondr\u00e1 sobre riego en berries; tambi\u00e9n asistir\u00e1 el Dr. Eric Hanson y Dr. Rufus Isaacs de la Universidad del Estado de Michigan, EE. UU., quienes hablar\u00e1n sobre producci\u00f3n de berries bajo pl\u00e1stico y sobre control de Drosophila suzukii convencional y org\u00e1nico, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>De igual modo, est\u00e1 programada la participaci\u00f3n de los siguientes investigadores de INIA: Dr. Bruno Defilippi, Dr. Juan Hirzel y Dr. Rafael L\u00f3pez, quienes abordar\u00e1n en los \u00e1mbitos de postcosecha, nutrici\u00f3n y optimizaci\u00f3n riego en berries bajo escenarios de escasez h\u00eddrica.<\/p>\n<p>Se destaca tambi\u00e9n la presentaci\u00f3n de la Dra.
